About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to secure a position in AI safety services. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads, researching and prospecting new opportunities, and booking initial meetings with key decision-makers.

The Impact You'll Make
  • You will consistently hit monthly targets for sales-accepted leads (SLAs) and first meetings booked.
  • You will create balance by converting inbound interest quickly and running focused outbound plays when pipeline needs a boost.
  • You will inform the roadmap by surfacing prospect pains and trends to Marketing, Product, and Solutions so we keep building what the market actually needs.
  • You will raise the bar for safety by helping more labs and AI-enabled enterprises discover best-in-class services like evals, red-teaming, and drift-monitoring services.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • You will qualify inbound leads using discovery questions that tease out technical scope, risk drivers, and buying timelines.
  • You will research and prospect: Build short, targeted lists of AI labs, hyperscalers, and fast-growing apps; craft personalized sequences via internal tools, LinkedIn, and email.
  • You will book the first meeting: Secure calendar time for Account Executives and Solutions Engineers; prep them with detailed call notes and prospect context.
  • You will stay sharp: Track daily AI-safety headlines, regulations, and tooling updates; translate buzz into relevant talking points.
  • You will keep the CRM clean: Log activity, enrich accounts, and report on conversion so GTM leadership can forecast with confidence.
What We're Looking For
  • You have 1-3 years of professional work experience in any field, proving reliability - sales, support, operations, retail, hospitality, or military service all count.
  • You are comfortable juggling multiple tasks, hitting deadlines, and using productivity tools (Google Workspace, basic CRM, etc).
  • You have customer or client-facing exposure where you listened, probed, and solved problems.
