Junior Food Safety Specialist
Creates and establishes accurate, comprehensive and complete documentation of food safety standards, specifications and procedures. Performs hazard identification and risk assessment and procedures on preliminary documents references, documentation on raw material, packaging material, product, process and inputs for the establishments of food safety control and measures.
Basic Qualifications / Experiences:
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, food Science, Chemistry or any related degree.
- With at least 2 years of experience in food manufacturing industry specific to establishing standard procedures and reference specifications.
- Has knowledge in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, requirements of the FSSC 2200 certification, different quality assurance and/or quality control processes.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must have documentation and writing skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications.
