AI Safety Services Representative

As a critical member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the responsible development and deployment of AI technologies. This involves working closely with model builders to identify potential risks and opportunities, and helping them develop strategies to mitigate these risks while maintaining speed and efficiency.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think critically and strategically. You should also have a strong understanding of AI safety concepts and be able to apply this knowledge in a practical context.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about AI safety and have a strong desire to make a positive impact. They will also be highly motivated and self-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to model builders, providing guidance on AI safety best practices and identifying potential risks and opportunities.

  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate AI safety risks, while maintaining speed and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication around AI safety initiatives.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AI safety research and trends, applying this knowledge to inform our approach.

  • Measure and report on AI safety performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to address these gaps.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in AI development, deployment, or related field.

  • Strong understanding of AI safety concepts and principles.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to think critically and strategically.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Highly motivated and self-driven.
