About This Role

This administrative assistant position involves providing thorough support to the team.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Document Management: Maintaining accurate records of client documents, including tax returns and financial statements.
  • Data Entry: Entering client information into our database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assisting with various tasks such as mailings, faxes, and photocopying.

Requirements For Success:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an accounting firm.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
