Job Overview

We seek a detail-oriented professional to assist attorneys in all stages of legal work, including research, document preparation, case management, and administrative support. This remote position is ideal for those seeking hands-on legal experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough legal and factual research using various databases and resources.
  • Draft and review legal documents, correspondence, and court filings with precision.
  • Organize and maintain accurate case files, pleadings, discovery, and legal databases.
  • Support the preparation for hearings, trials, and meetings with attention to detail.
  • File essential legal documents with courts and government agencies electronically or in-person as required.
  • Summarize depositions, transcripts, and witness statements effectively.
  • Communicate and coordinate with clients, witnesses, court personnel, and outside counsel professionally.
  • Monitor case deadlines to ensure timely filing and response.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and data entry as needed.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology, court systems, and procedures.
  • Familiarity with U.S. legal systems is beneficial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • A dual-monitor setup with at least 8GB of RAM is required.
  • At least 25 Mbps internet speed is necessary.
Work Arrangements
  • 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day.
