
Property and Administrative Assistant

This position involves managing properties and providing administrative support. We require a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Primary Duties
- Respond to incoming calls and offer general administrative assistance
- Submit invoices into an accounting system (training will be provided)
- Handle email correspondence and contact tenants regarding rent increases
- Assist in arranging property viewings and coordinating with potential tenants
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Essential Qualifications
- At least 2 years of office experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish are necessary
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new tools and processes are also required
