
Caregiver Scheduler Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Remote Care Coordinator. This role supports home care clients by coordinating caregiver schedules and ensuring smooth operations.
Daily Responsibilities- Build and maintain up-to-date caregiver schedules across multiple counties.
- Respond quickly when a shift is canceled or a caregiver does not clock in.
- Answer calls from clients and caregivers using a VoIP system.
- Update records and case notes in WellSky (training provided).
- Work with the operations team to flag issues and maintain staffing smoothness.
- Conduct regular check-ins and evaluations with caregivers.
- Generate weekly reports and keep leadership informed.
- You have scheduling experience or can perform well in scheduling (bonus points for healthcare or home care experience).
- You are calm under pressure and naturally organized.
- You enjoy solving problems on the fly.
- You are comfortable with software systems and remote communication.
- You build strong relationships with stakeholders and are a trusted partner.
- You take initiative while being a team player.
- You are willing to work in a US time zone schedule.
