The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of consistently exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, delivering compelling presentations that showcase our innovative solutions to potential clients, and leveraging their strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and address client needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities and deliver presentations demonstrating our products and solution.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets with a focus on generating new business.
- Understand customer challenges and offer tailored solutions accordingly.
- Cultivate a pipeline for new customers by cold calling, networking, and using various platforms.
- Monthly sales forecast preparation and submission. Meticulously use our CRM to report all your activity.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment, with a strong focus on building and nurturing client relationships.
- A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling you to identify opportunities, address client needs, and propose tailored solutions.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
