About the Role

This role is pivotal in cultivating a streamlined onboarding process for new drivers, requiring exceptional communication, sharp problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail to facilitate a positive applicant experience and bolster overall operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish connections with drivers to confirm their qualifications and follow up as needed.
  • Review and record application documents accurately.
  • Guide drivers through the onboarding process efficiently.
  • Drive high conversion rates by addressing issues proactively and providing solutions.
  • Track progress in day-to-day operations and update necessary sheets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • At least one year of experience in sales or customer support with conversation/retention goals.
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of Google Suite and Slack.
  • A positive and forward-thinking attitude, with a diligent and results-oriented approach.
  • Availability during work hours and commitment to scheduled times for work.
  • A strong work ethic and reliability.
