Job Overview

Our team seeks a seasoned Driver Onboarding Manager to drive the growth and efficiency of our driver-partner acquisition and onboarding processes. As a key member of our department, you will lead efforts to attract, recruit, and onboard drivers for our platform.

This role requires expertise in data analysis, process improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will design and implement optimized onboarding workflows to enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategies for streamlining operations and improving business outcomes.
  • Designing and implementing data-driven solutions to optimize onboarding processes.
  • Collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient resource allocation.
  • Evaluating and improving existing processes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as manufacturing, industrial engineering, or supply chain management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in automation, data analytics, or process improvement.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Python, and software development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
