About the Role

This role is pivotal in cultivating a seamless and effective onboarding journey for new drivers. It demands exceptional communication skills, sharp problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail to facilitate the process and foster a positive applicant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up with drivers regarding their application to confirm their qualifications
  • Review and record application documents
  • Walk drivers through the onboarding process
  • Drive a high conversion rate
  • Proactively address any issues and provide solutions
  • Track and update sheets required to see progress in day-to-day operations
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • At least 1-year experience in sales or customer support with conversation/retention goals
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of Google Suite and Slack
  • Positive and forward-thinking attitude; diligent and results-oriented
  • Available during work hours and committed to scheduled times
  • Hard work ethic and reliability
