Business Development Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to spearhead the growth of our restaurant partner network.

  • Identify and introduce Booky's products and services to potential restaurant partners.
  • Cover the entire Partner Acquisition cycle, from lead generation to outreach, pitch, negotiation, closure, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise strategies that increase acquisition rates.
  • Collect documentary requirements submitted by merchants.
  • Formally endorse closed-won sales opportunities, along with signed merchant agreements and validated documentary requirements, to Sales Operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of partner acquisition experience, preferably in SaaS, F&B, or E-commerce.
  • A proven track record of building relationships with partners and consultative selling.
  • Self-motivation, with the ability to work remotely.
  • High energy levels and a relentless approach.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly at all levels of the organization.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Business acumen, with the ability to track, monitor, and produce results.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Partner Acquisition Experience

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the F&B industry and have a proven track record of successful partner acquisition. They should be able to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth through effective business development strategies.

This role requires a strong consultative selling approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is driven to succeed and can navigate complex sales environments with ease.
