We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Payroll Consultant.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career and contribute to the success of our organization.

As a Payroll Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' payroll systems are set up and running smoothly. This includes designing, configuring, and testing Workday solutions to meet the specific needs of each client.

You will also be working closely with our team members to gather and document client business requirements, design and configure Workday solutions, demonstrate configurations through prototype systems, assist in testing Workday solutions, and complete knowledge transfer to clients.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience implementing Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking (PATT) Solutions, a current active Workday Payroll Certification, a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, previous consulting experience with a software company, and functional experience in one or more of the following areas: Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking.

You will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate complex information clearly and concisely. Additionally, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, business analysis and requirements gathering abilities, and the ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience implementing PATT Solutions
  • Current active Workday Payroll Certification
