Job Description:

">Overview

This role involves implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base.

">

As a senior consultant, you will work closely with team members, as well as independently and confidently, to manage your own workload. You'll be able to understand customer requirements, designing and delivering solutions that are aligned to their needs. You'll support more junior members of the team and share your knowledge with them.

Key Responsibilities Include:

">
  • Implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions.
  • Working closely with team members and independently to manage workload.
  • Designing and delivering solutions aligned to customer needs.
  • Supporting junior team members and sharing knowledge.
">Required Skills And Qualifications:">
  • Workday HCM, Financials or Payroll Certification (US payroll a must).
  • Experience in a customer-facing, consulting environment. Able to understand customer needs and build relationships.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, including remote working situations.
  • Good commercial awareness and sound understanding of project and business dynamics.
  • Ability to plan own workload and meet deadlines.
  • Consulting skills, such as presenting, participating in workshops, explaining functionality or solutions to customers.
  • Able to apply all relevant standards and procedures to work, maintaining high quality, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Aware of confidentiality and non-disclosure policies and/or agreements, ensuring information security at all times.
  • Able to come up with improvements in tools and/or processes to help the practice.
  • Willingness to learn in depth about relevant subject matter, such as international regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to rotate through various Workday delivery services, specifically Consulting and Application Management Services.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites in the same region (minimal out of region travel may also be required).
