Benefits Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Benefits Consultant to provide strategic support for clients' Workday technology by delivering innovative ideas and effective solutions.

This role involves:

  • Providing expertise in the Workday HCM product suite, with deep experience in U.S. Benefits
  • Gathering and documenting client business requirements, designing and configuring the Workday solution, demonstrating configurations through prototype systems, assisting in testing the Workday solution, and completing knowledge transfer to clients
  • Working with data conversion teams to help convert legacy data into Workday
  • Configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions
  • Mentoring new consultants and serving as a professional role model, coaching others on product knowledge

The ideal candidate will have current Workday Benefits Certification, 4+ years of experience configuring and implementing HCM/Benefits Solutions, and excellent communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Expertise in Workday HCM product suite, particularly in U.S. Benefits
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with data conversion and integration
