Global Workday HCM Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Workday HCM expert to provide high-level project support and strategic consulting services for our clients.
As a Workday HCM expert, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end support for Workday HCM implementations and post-production activities. This includes executing day-to-day activities, providing subject matter expertise on Workday best practices, conducting sessions with clients, identifying strategies, risks, and options, and mentoring other consultants.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday HCM and experience in providing high-level consulting services. They will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and deliver solutions effectively.
Additionally, they will have a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze business requirements and provide solutions to complex business problems. A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology is required, along with active HCM Workday Certification and three years' experience in Workday implementation and/or post-production support with direct client interaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Execution of day-to-day activities of Workday HCM project support for various client contracts
- Providing subject matter expertise on Workday best practices
- Conducting sessions with clients to analyze business requirements and provide solutions
- Identifying strategies, risks, and options for recommending approaches towards meeting requirements
- Mentoring other consultants and sharing product knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Active HCM Workday Certification required
- Three years' experience in Workday implementation and/or post-production support with direct client interaction
- Strong analytical mindset and usage of analytics and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
