Job Overview

This senior-level position involves leading the development and implementation of Workday solutions from start to finish. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of human capital management, financial management, and student information systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Partner with sales teams to provide expert solution guidance and contribute to requests for proposal/proposal (RFP/RFI).
  • Develop and manage project estimates in line with customer requirements.
  • Ensure continuity of design intent and solution integrity during transitions from sales to delivery.
  • Provide quality assurance oversight and thought leadership on ongoing implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and aligned solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end functional solution design across the entire project lifecycle.
  • Provide functional leadership on multiple concurrent Workday implementations.
  • Facilitate key client sessions to ensure robust solution design and client alignment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years of actual implementation experience.
  • Strong experience in Workday implementation preferred.
  • Ability to work in diverse, fast-paced environments and effectively collaborate with teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
