
Lead Generation Professional

The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of successfully generating high-quality leads through targeted research and strategic outreach. They will be responsible for supporting the President with meeting preparation, briefings, and background research, while also working closely with the Business Development team to align lead generation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Conducting thorough market research to identify key industries and potential clients
- Engaging with high-level stakeholders via email, phone, and other communication channels
- Developing personalized outreach campaigns and following up to nurture relationships
- Supporting the President with executive-level tasks such as meeting preparation, briefings, and background research
- Working in tandem with the Business Development team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Assisting in the creation and delivery of introductory materials and follow-up correspondence
- Transferring qualified leads to the estimating team with relevant project information
- Gathering scope and site-specific details from contacts
- Maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates to the estimating team
- Monitoring industry trends and identifying emerging markets or sectors for expansion
- Maintaining clean and organized CRM data—logging communications and updating lead statuses
- Generating reports and dashboards to track lead progress and conversion metrics
- Providing insights on client objections and response trends to improve messaging and targeting
- Testing and refining outreach sequences and message formats for better engagement
- Suggesting process improvements to increase the quality and efficiency of lead generation efforts
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field required; minimum 7 years of experience in lead generation or business development.
