This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, building high-quality lead lists, and initiating contact through various outbound methods. You will play a key role in filling the sales pipeline and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and industry directories
- Generate qualified leads through outbound email campaigns, cold calling, and social media outreach
- Create and manage lead lists and maintain CRM accuracy (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to align on targeting and messaging
- Track KPIs and report weekly lead generation performance
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in lead generation, business development, or outbound sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM and lead sourcing tools
- Strong research, data entry, and prospecting skills
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and detail-oriented
- Experience in B2B SaaS or digital marketing is a plus
