Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and industry directories
  • Generate qualified leads through outbound email campaigns, cold calling, and social media outreach
  • Create and manage lead lists and maintain CRM accuracy (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to align on targeting and messaging
  • Track KPIs and report weekly lead generation performance

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in lead generation, business development, or outbound sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM and lead sourcing tools
  • Strong research, data entry, and prospecting skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and detail-oriented
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or digital marketing is a plus
