Job Description
As a Lead Generation Consultant, you'll architect and optimize end-to-end lead generation strategies tailored to legal markets. You'll develop prospecting playbooks, evaluate CRM tools, and analyze pipeline metrics to ensure efficiency and growth for the business. We're really looking for someone who has driven senior-level lead generation planning and strategy in collaboration with C-suite stakeholders at enterprise-scale companies.

The Qualifications We Seek
- 5+ years in lead generation, demand generation, or strategic sales/marketing roles, with a strong track record in high-level planning, strategy design, and cadence creation.
- Proven ability to own the full lead generation lifecycle - from market mapping and outreach strategy to pitching, pipeline building, and closing (Legal industry or SaaS experience preferred).
- Expertise in B2B lead generation, including segmentation, LinkedIn outreach, prospect engagement, content strategy, performance tracking, and conversion optimization.
- Strategic Thinker: Strong ability to connect market insights with business goals to develop actionable, scalable strategies.
- Process-Oriented: Skilled in building structured workflows, defining touchpoints, and recommending efficient processes.
- Analytical: Proficient in analyzing data to assess performance, identify trends, and guide decision-making.
- Communication & Influence: Capable of clearly communicating strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Independent & Proactive: Self-directed, highly organized, and proactive in a consultative capacity.
- Collaborative: Effective in working with cross-functional teams, especially executive leadership and business development.
Your Daily Tasks
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to design and implement a comprehensive lead generation strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Own the lead generation roadmap, from target market definition to strategic campaign planning.
- Design prospecting cadences, outreach playbooks, and nurturing pathways tailored to legal industry best practices (and adaptable for other sectors).
- Recommend and evaluate CRM, sales enablement, and automation tools to support operational efficiency.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure lead quality, conversion, and ROI.
- Conduct gap analysis of current lead generation practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Create documentation, frameworks, and strategy decks for internal alignment and execution readiness.
- Provide expert guidance on team capacity, structure, and skills needed to implement and sustain the strategy.
