We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring new leads and growing our business through innovative lead generation strategies.

About the Role:

  1. ">
  2. You will be responsible for establishing rapport with customers and clients, and developing positive business relationships.">
  3. You will acquire potential sales leads and their contact details from various channels such as social media, client referrals, events, online etc.">
  4. You will work closely with our sales and marketing team to nurture and include leads in effective campaigns.">
  5. You will develop and maintain a sales prospecting database or CRM and ensure that details are accurate.">
  6. You will follow up with leads through email, SMS, phone call and other communication channels.">
  7. You will conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and industry best practices.">
  8. You will develop and implement criteria for qualifying leads and monitor conversion rates.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • At least 1-year of proven experience as an Appointment Setter or Lead Generation Specialist with international clients.">
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.">
  • Impeccable interpersonal skills.">
  • Proficient in lead generation software and online marketing channels.">
  • Familiarities with current technologies like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP.">
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office).">
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar).">
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.">
  • Tech Savvy.">
  • Proactive attitude.">
  • Able to work on a graveyard shift.">
