Job Description:

Cofense seeks a skilled Business Development Representative to join its North American team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities to meet the needs of our clients.

  • You will lead inbound leads generated from marketing efforts and qualify them according to established protocols.
  • Conduct in-depth research on potential clients to identify key decision-makers and tailor outreach strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure timely conversion of qualified leads into meetings.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine your approach to optimize lead generation and client satisfaction.
  • Present solutions to clients that effectively address their pain points and capitalize on Cofense products and services.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and technical selling skills. They should also have experience with objection handling, pipeline hygiene, and time management.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport with prospects, understand their challenges, and convey value.
  • Technical Selling: Familiarity with industry terminology and ability to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders.
  • Objection Handling: Experience in responding to objections and concerns in real-time.
  • Pipeline Hygiene: Understanding of maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth movement of opportunities.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to achieve goals.
