Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote products/services.
  • Generate leads, gather information on potential clients' needs and interests.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs and determining their potential as clients.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up on qualified leads.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and detailed information on leads and calls.
  • Follow a prepared script to ensure consistency and accuracy in information delivery.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
  • Handle objections and rejection in a professional manner.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve call scripts and lead generation strategies.
