We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Iloilo City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, responding to their inquiries and addressing their concerns.
- Social Media Marketing: Develop and implement social media strategies to promote our services and engage with clients.
- Lead Sourcing: Identify and source new leads through personal connections and social media platforms.
- Client Probing: Gather information about clients' needs and preferences to tailor our services accordingly.
- Orientation and Closing: Conduct one-on-one orientations and lead closings to ensure client satisfaction.
- Document Collection: Collect initial documents from clients and assist them in the application process.
- Follow-ups and Updates: Regularly follow up with clients and provide updates on their applications.

Requirements:
