Strategic Operations Manager Position

The Operations Supervisor plays a pivotal role in NABATI FOOD PHILIPPINES, INC., responsible for driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of efficiency. This key position reports directly to the Finance Operations Manager and is instrumental in reducing operational costs, ensuring compliance with established operational policies, and staying abreast of administrative advancements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Execution and Oversight: Assist in the execution and support of assigned EDD/s budgets, ensuring effective utilization and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory needs, managing and administering assigned EDD/s to optimize stock levels, minimize waste, and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Financial Health Enhancement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the organization's financial health, identifying areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Employee Supervision and Development: Motivate and supervise employees, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for growth and development.
  • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate employee performance, addressing shortcomings, and delivering constructive feedback to drive improvement.
  • Operational Research and Analysis: Conduct research to identify methods for improving operations, reducing costs, and enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Departmental Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and report on departmental performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Employee Training and Support: Provide administrative support, including updating inventory spot compliance audit checks, and train employees to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to company policies, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining a culture of integrity and accountability.
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of expenditures, sales figures, and employee performance, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Evaluate supply and availability of stocks, monitoring profit margins and implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a relevant field.
  • Professional Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience gained from an FMCG organization.
  • Operational Expertise: Hands-on experience implementing or managing operational processes.
  • Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, leadership, communication, project management, administrative management, and organizational skills.
  • Customer Focus: Customer-oriented approach with a strong aptitude for meeting customer needs.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel as needed.
  • Work Environment: Amenable to onsite work in a fast-paced environment.
