Job Title: Career Development Professional

The organization seeks a skilled professional to assume the role of Career Development Professional. This position involves collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the effective completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry of vigilance cases into relevant databases, adhering to applicable conventions.
  • Conduct quality control checks on vigilance cases and associated documents to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform medical reviews of vigilance cases in accordance with relevant conventions and regulatory requirements.
  • Follow up on vigilance cases via phone or mail to ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct preliminary analyses of complex cases prior to data entry to facilitate efficient processing.
  • Determine submission requirements for safety cases and identify necessary filters for ICSR/MLM purposes.
  • Analyze ICSRs obtained from competent authorities' databases and perform reconciliations as needed.
  • Participate in the operational implementation of new projects and serve as a key contact for project-related matters.
  • Conduct medical reviews of post-marketing cases as assigned and take on operational lead roles for assigned post-marketing clients.
  • Create and update technical agreements, safety management plans, client templates, SOPs, WPDs, trainings, and other related documents.
  • Collaborate in the development, maintenance, and improvement of processes within the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in Pharmacist or Life Sciences, supplemented by more than 3 years of experience in PV.
