Job Title: Training Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Training Specialist. This role will be responsible for the training and development of our staff under the guidance of the Channel Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and deliver comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of our team members.
  • Conduct training sessions for new hires and provide ongoing support to ensure their success.
  • Develop and implement product-specific and refresher training programs to enhance the skills of our team members.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage training records and prepare reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the development of administrative processes related to training and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to communicate training plans and outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A graduate degree in a field related to Information Technology or Business Management.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a training role, preferably in the BPO industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
