Job Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our recruitment team as an Early Careers & Campus Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate account-specific activities including CV screening, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, updating applicant tracking system, and offers/onboarding
  • Manage ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process
  • Collaborate on daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports within deadlines
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Keep stakeholders updated on relevant processes
  • Manage day-to-day queries and escalate where necessary
Requirements:
  • Effective business communication, written and oral
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate, persuade, and write clearly and professionally
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
