About the Job
  • Implementation and assurance of compliance on Food, Safety and Cleanliness Programs for assigned areas;
  • Day-to-day operations effectiveness of Dine-In and Take-Home Sales Services; Ensuring customer needs are attended to promptly;
  • Sales building initiatives by providing leadership support to Restaurant Managers through client business relations and customer engagement;
  • Assessment of opportunities in operations and cost management to ensure sales and growth targets are met or exceeded;
  • Workforce management of assigned stores, including manpower planning, hiring, and orientation/certification of new team members, managing schedules and shifts;
  • Implementation of other store administrative activities necessary to carry out business operations, such as office organization, securing government permits, and preparing Store Reports.
Key Responsibilities
  • To lead and manage the day-to-day operations of assigned stores effectively;
  • To identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs;
  • To build strong relationships with customers and clients;
  • To assess and address any operational issues that may arise;
  • To maintain accurate records and reports regarding store performance and operations.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A Bachelor's Degree preferably in a related field (e.g. Food or Business);
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and opposition;
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules and long hours;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
