Job Overview

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Management Trainee.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide coaching, instruction, and support to a team of front line agents.
  • Manage floor coverage in a large team environment.
  • Pursue initiatives to help team members achieve key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify and address performance opportunities.
  • Establish effective working relationships with peers and partners to optimize client relationships.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer escalated calls.
  • Foster and support a diverse team environment.
  • Help agents become self-sufficient by guiding them to find answers to frequently asked questions.
  • Coordinate daily schedules with supervisors and set coaching activities.
  • Listen in real-time and provide feedback to agents.
  • Share ideas to improve team performance and morale.
  • Drive retention and employee engagement activities.

About You

  • Excellent understanding of products and processes – features, benefits, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office functions.
  • Strong communication skills – comprehension, articulation, effective listening, and written.
  • College graduate or at least college level reached.
  • Above average written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS applications.
  • Ability to communicate and relate well at all levels, internally and externally.
  • Proactive approach to work, showing initiative and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet campaign KPIs.
  • Team player, supporting and assisting colleagues whenever possible.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactively sets own goals and is open to development feedback.
  • Fast execution and multitasking ability.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
