Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to join our Corporate IT Workplace Service Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and managing workplace services, collaborating with subject matter experts, and serving as L2/L3 escalation expert for User Support.

You will also administer cloud platforms, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain IT services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and manage workplace services, collaborating with subject matter experts
  • Serve as L2/L3 escalation expert for User Support across various channels
  • Administer cloud platforms e.g. Azure AVD
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain IT services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
  • Document systems, processes, and procedures to keep IT knowledge base current
  • Complete tasks and projects on time, within budget, while adapting to new challenges
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Over 3 years of experience in system administration
  • General knowledge of Microsoft technologies to understand the full environment and think beyond boundaries
  • Strong expertise in Windows server and Windows client administration
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Fluency in English
