Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and flexible individual who can effectively coordinate all aspects of our workplace operations. As a Workplace Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service experiences, supporting workplace operations, and ensuring seamless day-to-day activities. This role requires a proactive and self-motivated individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Service Experiences: Act as the first point of contact for employees, guests, vendors, and interview candidates, ensuring all interactions reflect Netflix's high standards for service, professionalism, and hospitality.
  • Support Workplace Operations: Build and maintain vendor relationships, handle purchase orders, and oversee inventory of office supplies, swag, and front-of-house materials.
  • Contribute to EH&S and ERT: Participate in Environment, Health & Safety initiatives and act as Fire Warden/Emergency POC, with on-call availability for off-hours/emergency support.
  • Keep Communication Flowing: Monitor and respond to inquiries on employee-facing platforms like Slack, addressing questions and concerns efficiently while maintaining a helpful tone.
  • Maintain High Workplace Standards: Conduct regular site walkthroughs to ensure the workplace is clean, safe, and aligned with Netflix's culture, identifying and addressing health, safety, or maintenance issues proactively.
  • Execute Memorable Events: Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to coordinate and facilitate employee events, ensuring smooth operations and a positive stakeholder experience.
  • Promote Sustainability: Partner with vendors and internal teams to implement and improve sustainability efforts in workplace operations, driving eco-friendly practices across the office.
  • Create and Refine Playbooks: Develop and maintain detailed workplace playbooks to document processes, ensuring clarity and consistency for the team.
Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience in facilities, workplace operations, and hospitality, preferably in a fast-paced environment. A strong emphasis is placed on building and maintaining positive relationships, operational excellence, and effective communication. Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools is also required.
