Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service and support to our customers across various channels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering personalized assistance, resolving customer inquiries, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via email, live chat, phone, and social media.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce churn and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Act as a passionate brand ambassador, embodying our values and mission in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with the CX Leadership team to share customer insights and contribute to strategies aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong people skills, with a passion for helping others and providing excellent service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Richpanel, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
