The Role

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide quality and efficient customer service to distributors. This role is responsible for responding to phone or email requests, answering and assessing customer inquiries, processing sales orders, and resolving customer issues.

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, proactive, and team-oriented individual who enjoys working in a collaborative environment. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary contact for external and internal customers, providing basic technical support and recommending products for customer applications.

You will work closely with internal sales personnel and the Customer Service Manager to ensure seamless communication and resolve any customer-sensitive issues. Your goal will be to consistently meet established departmental KPIs, support accounts receivable by investigating disputed payments, and process credit memos as needed.

To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with ERP systems. Product knowledge and industry experience with metal cutting tools is a plus but not required.
