We are currently looking for Customer Support Specialists to join our Team
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service via chat and email, helping and guiding customers through the app and ensuring the best user experience in English
- Act as the voice of our customers by sharing their feedback and reporting their issues
- Collaborate with various teams and have a direct impact on improving our Product
- Represent Vivid Money and build trustful relationships with our customers
- Demonstrated expertise in customer support or service, preferably in the banking or financial services industry and dealing with SMEs
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good observational skills for process and product improvement
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, encompassing both verbal and written proficiency in English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of SME banking products, services, and processes
- Ability to work within the CEST time zone, committing to 40 hours per week, distributed as 8 hours per day, excluding a 1-hour lunch break
