About the Position

This role requires an experienced professional with expertise in the payment industry, ECR (Electronic Cash Register) solutions, and technology solutions for small businesses. You'll need to work closely with internal teams to identify and fulfill local certification requirements for ECR and payment solutions.

  • Certification Process:
  • Collaborate with product, compliance, and regulatory teams to identify and fulfill local certification requirements for ECR and payment solutions.
  • Liaise with domestic certification bodies to ensure timely submission of documents and testing for certifications.
  • Update the team on changes to local certification standards that may impact product development.

Main Responsibilities:

  4. Sales Enablement:
    • Communicate the value of certified products to small businesses, highlighting compliance and quality as competitive advantages.
  5. Compliance Management:
    • Coordinate and maintain accurate documentation required for local certifications and audits.
  6. Business Support:
    • Act as a trusted advisor to local business owners, offering insights on how certified ECR and technology solutions can improve efficiency and profitability.
