Sales Enablement Design Leader

This role leads a team of graphic designers and PowerPoint specialists to foster a positive and creative work environment.

The ideal candidate will have a background in graphic design and experience managing teams to create high-quality sales enablement content.

This position requires collaboration with the Sales Enablement team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers and PowerPoint specialists.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Enablement team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities.
  • Provide creative input and design expertise to improve the overall quality of sales presentations and proposals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a team of designers who support the creation of sales enablement materials (proposals, presentations, whitepapers, graphics, images).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing PowerPoint presentations and other design work.
  • Elite PowerPoint skills with the ability to create complex animations and transitions.
  • Previous experience supporting a Sales team with sales enablement presentations, proposals, and content.
  • High attention to detail and a strong ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of creatives.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
