Enablement Process Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. As a member of our Small Medium Businesses Sales – Enablement team, you will be responsible for delivering professional work that enables our sales teams to succeed.
Your tasks will include onboarding and training of newly hired and existing Account Executives, gap analysis and skills improvement, program or content development, stakeholder communication, and compliance. You will work closely with our Manager of Enablement to identify gaps and areas to improve our current Enablement programs for our SMB Revenue team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business by developing and implementing effective enablement strategies that drive business results and improve customer satisfaction.
