Enterprise Sales Enablement Lead

About the Position:
The Enterprise Sales Enablement Lead will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate sales forecasts and pipelines, as well as generating and analyzing sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs). This role requires a strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipelines.
- Generate and analyze sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide training and support to sales team members regarding sales tools.
- Analyze and improve existing sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement best practices for sales workflows, including lead management, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or any related field.
- Proven experience in sales operations, sales management, or any related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with sales forecasting.
- Ability to create and manage sales reports.
