
Client Relationship Manager

As a Portfolio Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the success of a diverse group of clients, driving product adoption and revenue growth through strategic guidance and strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of 30–100 clients to drive adoption, lead renewal negotiations, and meet business objectives.
- Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders, providing a high-caliber experience and creating advocates for our products.
- Implement, train, and coach clients on best practices to ensure successful outcomes and sustained growth.
- Analyze user engagement data to identify actionable insights and report regularly on key performance indicators.
- Bachelor's degree relevant to the role
- Two or more years of professional experience in sales or account management
- Proven track record of managing similar-sized client portfolios
- Technical proficiency in SaaS products
