Job Title: Senior Account Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing key client relationships, managing a team of account executives, and driving customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of account executives, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize client satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to maintain strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee the resolution of complex client issues, escalating when necessary.
- Contribute to the development of account management best practices and standard operating procedures.
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, with a proven track record of client retention and growth.
- 1-2 years of team leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to translate client needs into actionable plans.
- Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Industry-specific knowledge relevant to our sector (preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
