As a Customer Advocate, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through live chat by identifying buying signals, delivering persuasive product insights, and converting interest into sales.

This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who can deeply understand customer pain points, offer consultative solutions, and influence purchasing decisions during every touchpoint.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and success at all times, owning the sales conversation from inbound inquiry to conversion, and proactively upselling and cross-selling relevant product features that match the customer's business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue through live chat by identifying buying signals, delivering persuasive product insights, and converting interest into sales.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction and success at all times.
  • Sales Conversation: Own the sales conversation from inbound inquiry to conversion.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Proactively upsell and cross-sell relevant product features that match the customer's business goals.
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-facing role (support, sales, or similar), with a passion for helping people and guiding conversations.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven history of achieving top performance.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple conversations at once in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-centric, working to understand the questions that customers ask to help them resolve their business.
