Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues with first-call resolution strategies
  • Research and coordinate with internal departments to resolve inquiries
  • Accurately document customer interactions and claims in CRM systems
  • Use internal knowledge bases and training to answer questions confidently

You will work closely with our team to ensure that customers receive timely and effective resolutions to their issues. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career and develop your skills in customer service.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute required
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems required
