About the Role:

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide top-notch customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat. You will be required to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple interactions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Your exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to think critically will enable you to resolve complex issues efficiently.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Physical Requirements:

This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
