Customer Experience Representative

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional service to customers remotely. Our rapidly growing car rental company is looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the claims department with timely and accurate resolution of claims. This includes efficiently managing tolls and parking tickets, as well as providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and text.
You will also contribute to marketing efforts by assisting with tasks such as social media management, content creation, and promotional campaigns. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage CRM systems effectively.
- Handle administrative tasks, including efficient management of tolls and parking tickets.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and text, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist the claims department with timely and accurate resolution of claims.
- Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
- Marketing background or experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills, knowledge in MS Office or Google Workspace, and agility in learning new internal software and systems.
- Must be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
