Role Summary

The Regional Business Partner will gather competitor and customer data through field sales activities or phone calls to create awareness of local market trends and competitors' activities.

  • Interacting with customers, face-to-face, to establish market information specific to them.
  • Observing local market trends and relating impacts upon their customers.
  • Collecting competitor intelligence.
  • Sharing information within the sales team to improve the ability of themselves and others to identify the most applicable PLUXEE service against competitor product offers.
  • Passing on the gathered information to the Sales Director for further analysis.

Key Performance Indicators

The successful candidate will be measured on their ability to:

  • Develop existing customers through up-selling and/or cross-selling.
  • Win new customers through the closing of business on simplified tariffs.
  • Ensure customers are kept up to date with relevant PLUXEE information and products.
