Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Analyze technical problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions or escalate when necessary.
- Become a subject matter expert on our product to answer questions quickly and accurately.
- Multitask effectively to manage multiple customer conversations at once.
- Closely follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of all tickets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- Identify trends in support requests and share valuable insights with the product, tech, and ops teams.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing efforts (documentation, training, etc.).
