The client is a leading optimization and personalization platform for Shopify brands. The platform offers an AI-powered visual editor to customize pages, tailor personalized experiences for multiple audiences, and add product recommendations and upsells through A/B testing. They work with thousands of Shopify brands and agencies.
PositionWe are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to deliver prompt and high-quality responses to customer inquiries. You will understand each customer's unique needs, including business size, background, prior interactions, and goals, to offer personalized and insightful support. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, professional, with strong research skills and the ability to adapt to various requests beyond scripts.
Responsibilities- Monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to inbound and support-related inquiries in real time, providing clear and helpful responses
- Open and monitor tickets, escalating internally as needed
- Understand customer context (business size, goals) to offer relevant and strategic support
- Provide guidance on CRO best practices with support from CRO experts
- Excellent English communication skills: verbal, written, and reading (required)
- 4+ years of experience in customer support (preferably in SaaS, eCommerce, or tech) (required)
- 3+ years of hands-on Shopify experience (advantageous)
- Experience with CRM/ticketing systems (advantageous)
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices
- Team player in a fast-paced startup environment
- Proactive, customer-first mindset with curiosity to understand the customer's business
- Ability to problem-solve and provide thoughtful and accurate responses
Full-time, remote work arrangement. 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
