Website Management:

  • Oversee the development, performance, and maintenance of the eCommerce website.
  • Ensure the website is optimized for performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to improve site functionality and aesthetics.

Product Management:

  • Manage online product catalogs, including product descriptions, pricing, and imagery.
  • Implement strategies for product launches and promotions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability.

Marketing and Sales Strategy:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, PPC, and social media.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, optimize marketing strategies, and improve conversion rates.
  • Develop and manage promotional campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales.

Customer Experience:

  • Implement tools and strategies to enhance the online shopping experience.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management, providing insights and actionable recommendations.

Partnerships and Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to align eCommerce strategies.
  • Establish partnerships with third-party platforms to expand the company's online presence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in eCommerce management.
  • Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Baseup, Lazada, Shopee, Parlon, Classpass).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and strategies (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, email marketing platforms).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
