Job Requirements:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent administration skills, and be proficient in coordinating people and office programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, and all stages in between
- Maintain accurate employee documents and records across systems (HRIS, payroll, performance)
- Assist with benefits administration and coordinate employee questions/concerns
- Oversee shipping and receiving, basic IT support, and team events planning
- Track budgets and ensure effective multitasking in a dynamic environment
Essential Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in HR or administrative support roles
- Proven track record of managing high-volume administrative responsibilities
- Basic IT skills beneficial
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work 8am - 5pm Pacific Standard Time and attend occasional meetings
